Initial shipping costs must be covered by the customer (unless otherwise stated on offers such as free delivery above a certain amount)

For returns, if an item is faulty we will cover the cost for returning, on non faulty items in special circumstances where a return is accepted, it is down to the customer to send the item back in its original state, and ensure it is packaged properly. Items that get sent back on the customers accord are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept the return if the item gets lost in transit and/or gets damaged during transit. 

Other times where the customer is responsible for postage costs:

Items that get sent back to us by the parcel service due to the item not being claimed in time or delivery was not re-arranged in the event of the customer missing the initial delivery

An error in the address made by the customer, where the parcel is sent back to sender.
